- Description
- The Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee WA has a requirement to update the existing Banks Lake Reservoir North Dam Standing Operating Procedures including technical services to develop the updated SOP and provide the Power Office with an electronic version in WordPerfect format and Portable Data Format on CD-ROM. At this time we anticipate a sole source award to Document Management Technologies, 755 Fairway Dr, Boulder City, NV 89005 because of their familiarity with hydroelectric equipment, the ability to operate and verify procedures, and the unique process for document security. All offerors must provide sufficient documentation of their experience and electronic process in preparing the material for evaluation by the Government.
