- NA R--The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, require appraisal services for the Scranton Local Flood Protection Project Plot Neighborhood. The entire Plot Neighborhood involves approximately 87 properties under 74 ownerships. The appraisals w ill be phased over a 12 to 15 month period. The scope of work consists of Phases 1, 2 and 3, and involves approximately 37 appraisals where the full fee take partial acquisition of the fee interest or perpetual easement as well as temporary easement will be required. The request for quotations can be downloaded from the Corps' website at: https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil. No oral request for the requests for the quotation package will be honored but it can be requested by faxing your request to 410-962-093 3. The requirement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. All quoters must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR). See Numbered Note 22 except change the forty-five days to 10.
