- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. F49642-02-T-0294. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 337121 (formerly SIC code 5712) at 500 employee size standard. 0001Chaise lounge furniture, frame painted white with royal blue and white straps. Also, the contractor shall be responsible for any FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items are hereby incorporated.
