- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-02-T-5612. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice (DCN): 20020426. The Business Size Standard is 750. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333415; Standard Industrial Classification: 5078. This acquisition is for a High Ambient Cycling Refrigerated Dryer and includes Contract Line Item Line (CLIN) 0001: P/N: TMS540, High Ambient Cycling Refrigerated Dryer, Qty: 001-each, Manf: Ingersoll-Rand Co.; CLIN 0002: Installation of Refrigerated Dryer, Qty: 001-each; CLIN 0003: 24-month Service Agreement for Refrigerated Dryer, Qty: 001-each. Place of delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB, CA with F.O.B Destination. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2001). This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
