- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17, intends to award a Sole Source Contract, under the authority of FAR Part 6, Subpart 6.301 and 6.302, to NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc., for installation of core software systems. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotations or Proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government proposed contract and it is soley at the discretion of the Government. Upon absent response to this notice within 5 days, an award will be made to NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc.
