Description: The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition purchase order to Two Feathers Management, Canton, North Carolina, pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute. This is a Buy Indian Set-Aside under the authority of the Buy Indian Act Policy, 25 U.S.C. 47. The proposed Contractor will provide expert consultation in the evaluation of the Special Diabetes Program for Indians grant program by conducting informant interviews and reviews of selected grantee sites. The purpose is to assess specific community outcomes as related to diabetes prevention programming.*****
