- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION. The solicitation is posted on FEDBIZOPPS. USDA Rural Development (RD) seeks to enter into a Firm-Fixed-Price, Sole Source Contract, with Verizon Wireless to provide: Cellular phone service for an estimate of 40 users including recurring monthly charges. The Period of Performance is one (1) Base Year and four (4) one-year option periods. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on September 25, 2002. The NAICS code is 513322 Cellular Phone Services, the size standard is 1500 employees. See solicitation for Pager Services requested. This solicitation will only be available electronically through the World Wide Web.
