- NSN: 4730-00-869-4146 PR: NPC02015000476 Elbow, Pneumatic Bleed. Approved sources are: Rohr Inc. (51563) P/N 942249-101 and Lockheed Martin Corp (98897) P/N 942249-101. Qty 57 ea to be delivered to AQ5 Stockton CA 250 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum option quantity for NSN: 4730-00-869-4146 option qty 57 each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 10/07/02 at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 51563 and 98897. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
