- Amendment 0001 to Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098: A. All offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 as stated in Block 11 of Standard Form 30. B. For the ?Price to Beat? accounts (Demand less than 1 MW), the Government is seeking a delivered price. Offer prices for these accounts must include all competitive retail and TDSP charges. C. Line Item 4812n (ESI ID# 10032789499689460) for delivery of 29,250 kWh to the Freer Naval Air Station (Scoring Tower) in Seven Sisters, TX is hereby added to Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098 under spreadsheet NAS Kingsville.xls and Attachment III. D. Line Item 4801 (Fort Hood accounts) has been updated under spreadsheet Fort Hood.xls and Attachment III. E. Line Item 4803 (Army Reserves) has been updated on Attachment III. See spreadsheet Army Reserves.xls for detailed account information. F. The following requirements have been updated: Fort Hood, Navy Reserves, Army Reserves, Sheppard AFB, Goodfellow AFB and Navy Space Station. See corresponding spreadsheets for detailed account information. G. The estimated quantity in Block 21 of Standard Form 1449 (page 1 of 25) is changed from 1,084,410 MWh to 1,081,277,054 kWh (2-year quantity), as updated on Attachment III. H. The following requirement is hereby added to Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098 under TECHNICAL DATA (page 2 of 25): 7. Sample copy of an Offeror?s Invoice. I. Attachment III has been updated to include item numbers, ESI-ID numbers, rate schedules, total estimated quantities, and purpose of the accounts. J. Attachment IV (Supplemental Data Form) to Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098 for the Commercial Subcontracting Plan (DESC 19.1, December 2000) is hereby deleted and replaced with Small Business Subcontracting Plan (DESC 19.3, September 2002) DESC 19.3. K. The following note on page 8 of Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098 is hereby deleted: NOTE: The Government is considering utilizing the following clause for those accounts that have interval meters AND are over 1MW, excluding those accounts for shipload and testing. Offerors choosing to offer based on the following clause are required to submit a separate price proposal exclusive of the clause. If unable to provide a separate proposal, please provide rationale. L. Clause B1.08 SUPPLIES TO BE FURNISHED (ELECTRICITY)(DESC AUG 2002) on page 3 of Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098 is hereby deleted and replaced with B1.08.100 SUPPLIES TO BE FURNISHED (ELECTRICITY) (DESC SEP 2002). M. Clause C800 STATEMENT OF WORK / SPECIFICATIONS on page 4 of Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098 is hereby deleted and replaced with an updated STATEMENT OF WORK / SPECIFICATIONS. N. The solicitation document has been revised and updated to reflect all Amendment 0001 changes. O. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
