Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F29650-02-T-0096. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The NAICS code is 561621 and the size $10.5 million. This Acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. This is the solicitation. The item is as follows: Clin 1: HID PR-MINI-PROX badge reader compatible with HID Pro Series Proximity reader/Scanner system Model N-1000-IV. This includes the purchase and installation of the badge reader and labor to install, program, and test the badge reader. Delivery to Kirtland AFB, New Mexico no later than 30 days after award. FOB: Destination. The provisions a FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, (Oct 2000) apply to this solicitation. Offeror must complete a copy of 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications - Commercial Items (Apr 2002), 52-219-1 Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002), 252.212-7000 Offeror Representation and Certification - Commercial Items (Nov 1995), and include these with their quote. The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Feb 2002), applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (July 1996) and 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (Nov 2001). The clause at FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders- Commercial Items, (May 2002) applies to this acquisition and additional cited FAR clauses cited below are applicable to the acquisition.
