- Description
- The TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) will continue the presolicitation process by holding an educational conference on Thursday, October 3, 2002 from 1400 to approximately 1700 hours. The conference will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, Denver Southeast, located at 13696 E. Iliff Place, Aurora, CO 80014-1319. The topic will be an overview of the Military Health System. Representatives of the Army, Navy and Air Force will present an overview of their services role in the Military Health System. In addition, site visits to Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, Colorado; Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, Colorado and Portsmouth Naval Medical Center, Norfolk, Virginia will be conducted. Site visits will be limited to two individuals per firm. The schedule for site visits is as follows: 1) Fort Carson, October 4, 2002, Friday Morning; 2) Peterson AFB, October 4, 2002, Friday Afternoon; and 3) Portsmouth Naval Medical Center, October 8, 2002, Tuesday Afternoon.
