Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 22,380 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 19,458 usable square feet of space. Occupancy date will be no later than November 1, 2003. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: An area bounded at the Intersection of I-85 and Beaver Ruin Rd, going southeast on Beaver Ruin Road to the intersection of Shackleford Road, going northeast on Shackleford Road and continuing onto Breckenridge Blvd., and continuing to the intersection of Breckenridge Blvd. and Boggs Rd., going north on Boggs Rd. to the intersection of Boggs Rd and I-85, going southwest on I-85 to the intersection of I-85 and Beaver Ruin Road. Unique Requirements: Space offered must in the same building and preferably on the first floor. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., space should not exceed a length to width ratio of 2:1 nor be ?U? or ?L? shaped. No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with a minimum of 112 on-site assigned parking spaces for visitors or in accordance with local code whichever is greater.
