Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 10,000 rentable square feet of office space within the area of Sunnyvale or Mountain View, CA described below. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 8,425 BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 8,850 BOMA usable square feet, for use by the Social Security Administration. Occupancy is desired not later than 3/1/2003. The lease term will be for 15 years, 10 years firm. Area of consideration: In the City of Sunnyvale or Mountain View, CA within the following delineated area: North: Central Expressway; South: El Camino Real; East: Sunnyvale Avenue; West: South Rengstorff Avenue. First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government's requirements is solicited. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. The building must conform to the seismic requirements for new construction of the current edition of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) or the 1976 Edition if the lateral load resisting system is of concrete or masonry construction. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot; 3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage; and 4) Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor if applicable. Proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
