- Item 0001: 6020-01-378-4837. Fiber Optic Converter, In accordance with Technical Data Package/Drawings P/N 90009A1100. Quantity: 4 Each. Del to TRANSPORTATION OFFICER MCLB, ALBANY, GA, 31704-1128. End item application is AN/GSC-54 and AN/GSM-317. The Government possesses an adequate data package for this acquisition. There is a First Article requirement in the Request For Quote (RFQ). The acquisition is not set aside for small business. The RFQ will be posted to the NECO web site http://www.neco.navy.mil. The Technical Data Package/Drawings P/N 90009A1100 will be posted to web site http://www.ala.usmc.mil/contracts/solicit/. Contractors are responsible for downloading the RFQ, the drawings, and monitoring the web site for amendments by selecting Business Opportunities and typing the RFQ number in Search. The approximate issue date will be 25 September 2002 with the approximat e response date of 25 October 2002. The RFQ will specify the required response date. Offers must be submitted: (1) in the form of the completed RFQ, (2) by the response date in the RFQ, (3) to the point of contact in the RFQ, (4) by the methods authorized in the RFQ.
