- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Vista Plus Enterprise Server Maintenance, P/N ETP-VSA-PS-SVR, Qty 1 year; 2) Vista Plus Web Enablement Server Maintenance, P/N WEB-VSA-PS-ELT, Qty 1 Year; 3) VP Transvue Capture Maintenance, P/N TVC-VSA-PS-CAP, Qty 1 Year; 4) VP Postscript Prod., P/N PST-VSA-PS-PRD, Qty 1 Year; 5) VP Named User Client Enterprise Maintenance, P/N NUC-VSA-PS-EPX, Qty 1 Year; 6) Monarch V5 For Vista Plus Maintenance, P/N MON-ARC-PS-VSA, Qty 1 Year; and 7) Vista Plus Enterprise Non-Prod. Maintenance, P/N EPX-VSA-PS-NPN, Qty 1 Year. This requirement is sole sourced to Quest Software, Inc., 8001 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618 as the only qualified and approved vendor to provide the maintenance required. Any firms believing that they can provide the above maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the (data/service) without causing programmatic hardship.
