- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure on an other than full and open competition a complete Objectivity Database consisting of the items listed below, as prescribed under FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) from Objectivity, Inc., 301B East Evelyn Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94041. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award shall be made in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal written solicitation (request for proposal (RFP)) will not be issued.
