- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Seat of Rapid Plus/DOC floating License V 7.0, Qty 1; 2) Quickstart Onsite training and consulting, Qty 2; 3) Onsite training class for up to 10 students for 4 days Qty 1; and 4) 1 Seat annual technical support, maintenance and upgrades, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Emultek, Inc 301 North Lake Avenue, Suite 1002 for proprietary rights to this software. Any firms believing that they can provide the software license may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the software without causing programmatic hardship.
