- NA DESC: 1240 00 152 3512, Part Number 10549221, The item to procure is a Sight, Bore, Optical F/M45E1 with carring case. The sight includes a telescope, elbow and a body made from aluminum castings. Parts include cell, eyepiece, lens, strap and clamp assem blies. The two piece steel case has cushioning made from unicellular polyethylene and an approximate size of six inches and five inches high. Requirements are 83, Sight, Bore, Optical. FOB is Destination. For use on a mortar. Estimated issue date is 10 Oct 02. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that may not be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: tacom-ri-tdp@r ia.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information; CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solici tation has been released to the internet. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY02 requirement. Higher Level Quality Assurance standard in accordance with ISO 9002. MIL-I-45208 is an obsolete standard and will not be considered. Precision-ground/Polished Biconvex lens. Pattern equipment and aluminum castings. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mail ing list.
