- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. (iv) This acquisition is set aside for small business ? NAICS code 337127size standard ? 500 employees. (v & vi) This solicitation is to acquire portable bleachers. CLIN 0001: 2 EACH Bleachers, telescoping, moveable, 16' section, 7 rows, 10" rise, 24" spacing fron to front, portable w/self contained air lift system, manual operation, 10" plaxtic seat modules, 2 removable center handrails, 48" footrest aisles, end rails not removable, intermediate steps w/hinged front steps, rear rails 42" high; CLIN 0002: 4 EACH Bleachers, telescoping, movable, 17' section, 7 rows, 10" rise, 24" spacing front to front, portable w/self contained air lift system, manual operation, 10"plaxtic seat modules, 2 removable center handrails, 48" footrest aisles, end rails not removable, intermediate steps w/hinged front steps, rear rails 42' high; CLIN 0003: Transportation and installation of CLINs 0001 and 0002. (vii) Required delivery date: 30 Oct 2002 . (viii) FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
