- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a notice of the intent to procure ForeMost Enterprise Licenses and maintenance for United States Special Operations Command. The following specs are required: Line Item 1 ? ForeMost Enterprise which includes ForeMost Enterprise end user access licenses (up to 6000 users), administrator access licenses (up to 200 records administrators), 2 application developer?s access licenses. Line Item 2 ? One year software annual maintenance support for 6000 users. Line Item 3 ? Six (6) each, Customer services tier support: Tier 9 Support (9 days of Professional Services per) A brand name justification has been provided for this requirement. Procurement is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code 511210, Size Standard 500 Employees. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. Applicable FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 252.212-7001, and 252.225-7001.
