- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The reference number is F23SFS223303 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 335999, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (v) This requirement consists of twelve line items. (vi) Line Item 0001: Telecom Block, Recorder; PN 1GA000-0W; Quantity: 1 each. Line Item 0002: Compression Board; PN 428133; 4 each. Line Item 0003: Coupler Board, 4 Analog Channels; PN 428357; 4 each. Line Item 0004: NT Workstation, 1 DVD; PN FWSNT-01D; Quantity: 1 each. Line Item 0005: Monitor, 17 inch; PN 428817; Quantity: 1 each. Line Item 0006: Freedom System Software Pack; PN FREPAK; Quantity: 1 each. Line Item 0007: Add Call Check Capability to Existing Recorder; PN FRECCHK; Quantity: 2 each. Line Item 0008: Freedom E-Server Max Attach NAS, 240G; PN 0FE3320; Quantity: 1 each. Line Item 0009: 4-Port Hub, 3COM 3C16703, or equal; PN 428366; Quantity: 1 each. Line Item 0010: Freedom Computer-Based Training Program; PN CRSTCD; Quantity: 1 each. Line Item 0011: Extended Maintenance, Option 2-3 Years; PN XX2822; Quantity: 1 each. Line Item 0012: Installation of System; Quantity: 1 lump sum. Manufacturer: Dictaphone Corporation, or equal. FOB shall be destination, and shipping should be included in the unit price. The contractor certifies that it can meet the delivery date by submitting a quotation. (xi) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The contractor shall return a completed copy of this provision with its quotation. A copy of the provision may be attained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil. (xii) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (o) is changed to read: The contractor shall provide all standard commercial warranties to the government (xiii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following FAR clauses identified at paragraph b of FAR 52.212-5 are considered checked and are applicable to this acquisition: (11-16), (19i), (19ii), (21), (24). (xiv) Award can only be made to contractors registered in the Central Contractor Registration web page, http://www.ccr.gov. (xv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this acquisition. (xvi) Commerce Business Daily numbered note 1 applies to this acquisition.
