Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F15SFS22240300 and is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 97-27. (iv) This procurement has been set-aside solely for Small Businesses under the NAICS code 421690 with a size standard of 100 or fewer employees (v) contract line items are numbered 0001 (see attached RFQ) for a 703 ruggedized Motorola Astro Saber 1, snap on, snap enclosure, black radio holders Motorola part # NTN7391A. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired- 703 ruggedized Motorola Astro Saber 1, snap on, snap enclosure, black radio holders Motorola part # NTN7391A. (vii) Delivery will be to the 330 Tanker Trail, Minot AFB 58705, North Dakota FOB destination. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with offer. (see attachments) (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21,26,35,36,37,- 52.225-1,- 52.232-33. This request is issued in accordance with clause 52.232-18 Availability of funds. This purchase is contingent upon the availability of money during end of fiscal year. (xiii) Any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices are included herein.
