- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F29651-03-Q0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 561720. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is $12 Million dollars. Service description: Custodial Service for Flight Surgeon, to provide asceptic custodial services to the German Air Force (GAF) Flight Medicine Clinic patient use areas, as defined on the Performance Work Statement. Base period: 01 October 02 ? 30 September 03. Plus two option years. Place of performance: BLDG. 45 Holloman AFB, NM 88330. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial items, does not apply to this solicitation.
