- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 intends to continue a software use agreement with Solucient, Inc.. This is HBSI ACTION Operational Benchmarking System software. We intend to continue with a new contract for a period of one year (10/1/2002 - 9/30/2002). The continued need is not expected to exceed that time period at this time.
