- NSN: 3020-00-001-4455 PR: YPC02207000517 Gear, Spur. Approved sources are: Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) P/N 65355-12076-101 and P/N 65355-12076-102. Precision Gear Inc. (21540) P/N 65355-12076-102. Qty 45 ea to be delivered to Cherry Point NC (PTZ) 280 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum option quantity for NSN: 3020-00-001-4455 option qty 45 each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 10/07/02 at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 78286 and 21540. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
