- Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, transportation and disposal of PCBs and PCB contaminated items brought into the United States from various locations outside of the Continental U.S.. SP4400-03-R-0001 will be issued on or about 10 October 2002, on the World Wide Web (WWW). The website address is: http://www.drms.dla.mil/newproc/index.html. Approximate closing date is 12 November 2002. This will be a firm-fixed price requirements contract for a base period of eighteen (18) months with two eighteen (18)month option periods. Performance will be requested on delivery orders issued against the basic contract. Special requirements: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of PCBs and PCB contaminated items and environmental protection.
