- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. USDA requires software maintenance for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 on the following Brio software: Brio Quickview #16132 (4165 ea); BQ Explorer #16110 (547 ea); Brio Insight #16126 (1275 ea); BQ Designer #16108 (8 ea); and Brio Enterprise Svr #17253 (2 ea). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The proposed solicitation listed here is set-aside as Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code is 541512. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item does not apply. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The End User will be reviewing the quotes for accuracy and compliance. Overall price (total aggregate amount) is the evaluation factor. FAR 52.212-4 is incorporated by reference and will be incorporated in the Purchase Order by reference. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, to include clauses (b)(11),(12),(13),(14),(15),(16),(17) and (22). Offers may be transmitted by e-mail(preferred) or FAX (314)539-2480 and are to be received not later than COB October 3, 2002.
