Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation of Purchase Request F1313SVS22560200 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. (iv) This acquisition is for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 488490 and small business size standard is $6,000,000. (v & vi) Line Item 0001, Snow Groomer with Nordic Track Setter. 43 inch tracks/10 foot overall width. 10 foot Allway Blade, 10 foot Tiller w/Nordic Track Setter, 3 Rear Hydraulic Section, Front and Rear Lighting, Roatation Beacon Light, Hour Meter, Heated Windows and Mirrors, Rear Deck with Stakes, Pintle Hook. Qty 1ea. (vii) N/A (viii) FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, is not applicable. (x) Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR clause 52.212-3 Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the quote. Offerors must also include a completed copy of the provision at DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation. (xi) FAR Part 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
