- Change the date quotes must be received FROM: Friday, 21 Jun 2002 TO: Friday, 12 Jul 2002. The description for CLIN 0001 - Hard Shell Totes, Stars and Stripes with AFRC Form 74 imprinted - shipping to 41 locations, quantity 50,000 each. The hard shell totes should be constructed of sturdy 16 point SBS board, expand to hold up to 3/4" thick, 8 1/2" x 11" papers, and have a Velcro closure. The AFRC Form 74 will be imprinted on the back of each tote.
