- Description
- The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 16,000 rentable square feet of office space together with 24 inside secure parking spaces plus 2 oversized secure inside parking spaces for a minimum of 10 years firm in the city of Tonawanda, New York. Rentable office space must yield 13,300 - 13,800 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Office space must be contiguous on one floor. A 1,200 sf garage, separated from the inside secure parking, is required in the facility. In addition to the inside parking requirement, 48 (38 employee/10 visitor) outside secure parking spaces are required on site or within 1/8th mile. On-site visitor parking must be a minimum of 50 feet from the building. The facility must be capable of accommodating a 6,500 sf expansion during the lease term. An on-site 5,000/6,000 above-ground storage tank and pumping station are also required. Submissions by other than owner or property manager must be accompanied by authorization from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
