Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F1MWR122530100 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This subscription requirement is being synopsized and solicited as unrestricted for full and open competition. The FSC code is R605, Standard Industrial Classification code is 5192, NAICS code is 422920, and SB size standard is 100 employees. There will be a base period of one year with four option years. (V) Please propose the item as listed: Line item 0001, Subscription Library Book Service Plan for a McNaughton System to Include: QTY 1 PKG Basic collection of 1200 books with a total of 60 books being received at the Andersen AFB library monthly. Contract basic period of performance: 01 OCT 02-30 SEP 03; Option 1: 01 OCT 03 - 30 SEP 04; Option 2: 01 OCT 04 - 30 SEP 05; Option 3: 01 OCT 05 - 30 SEP 06; Option 4: 01 OCT 06 - 30 SEP 07. NOTE: If item is available on GSA contract, please list contract #:______________________ (VI) Supplied subscription shall be provided according to professional industrial quality standards. (VII) Place of delivery: Base Library BLDG. 21000, Andersen AFB, Guam (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on past performance, technical capabilities, and price. Past performance shall be evaluated on past awards similar to this request. Technical capabilities and past performance combined are approximately equal to cost or price. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer.
