- Description
- The Virginina Contracing Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Honeywell Incorporated to interface existing Honeywell fire & safety alarm and public address systems. This notice of intent is not a Request of Quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses should be submitted, not later than 24 Sep 02, via email to mike.patrom@dia.mil or via facsimile at (202) 231-3368. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this procurement on a full and open competitive basis, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
