- Description
- SYNOPSIS GSA is in the process of soliciting a proposal from Pacific Modular for cleaning and maintenance of the Milliken carpet they installed at the GSA Administration building in Auburn, WA. Pacific Modular has been authorized to install and maintain Milliken carpet using the patented Millicare dry carpet cleaning system. If GSA uses this system, the installation warranty provided by Pacific Modular will increase from 2 years to 15 years. A firm, fixed price contract for a one-year base period, with four, 1-year options, is anticipated. Anticipated start date is on or about October 15, 2002.
