- NAICS Code: 54162 This modification adds the Evaluation Criteria and extends the due date for RFQ-DC-02-00320 (posted 11 September 2002) from 20 September 2002, to 18 October 2002. All cost and technical proposals must be received by 4:00PM (EST). EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR THE OUTREACH STRATEGY FOR ENVIRONMENTALLY PREFERABLE CLEANING ------ (1) Demonstrated experience in organizing, implementing, and facilitating meetings with multiple stakeholders. Experience must include demonstrated ability in preparation, design, logistics, workshop facilitation, recording, followup and evaluation,; (2) Depth of knowledge and experience on cleaning products and services, with particular emphasis on use of environmentally preferable products in government buildings,; and (3) PAST PERFORMANCE: THREE references shall be provided. These references will be contacted regarding the quality of the bidder's experience in meeting design, logistics and facilitation and their depth of knowledge on environmentally preferable cleaning products and services. ------- Cost and technical proposals are required. Please provide one original and one copy (the copy can be sent via US Mail, Courier or Express Service, or email) of the cost and technical proposal. BOTH DOCUMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE CLOSING DATE. A page limitation has not been established for technical proposals submitted in response to this Statement of Work. In addition to the technical proposal, provide at least two, but no more than three, examples of previous work demonstrating the qualities expressed in the evaluation criteria.
