- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a sole source contract directly to Microsoft Corp. who currently provides Premier Support Services. The contract will represent a renewal to the agency's existing Premier Support Agreement. The OCC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not to request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of price comparisons only.
