YOU CAN BID ON ANOTHER MANUFACTURE AS LONG AS IT IS COMPATABLE AND YOU PROVIDE SPECS FOR THAT MANUFACTURE AND IF YOU SHOULD BE THE LOW BID IT WOULD HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE END-USER.
