- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for software and engineering support for various space/satellite related programs. The Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation. Offerors must have demonstrated experience and demonstrated ability to provide qualified personnel in performing the specified tasks. Prior to contract award, the contractor must have a Top Secret facility clearance, Secret storage capabilities, and personnel available with DoD grant personnel security clearances commensurate with level of access required for performance of the contract. The majority of tasks will be performed at the contractor's facility. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract reimbursable contract with a five year total contract life. The solicitation will close 30 days after the solicitation issuance date. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541330. The NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. The proposed contract listed here is to be awarded under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. NOTE: 26.
