This is a non-competitive procurement to Lexisnexis, due to being the only web based product offering full bibliographic control of statistics generated by a variety of Government, organizations, agencies and publishers. Simplified Acquisition Procedures via oral RFQ will be utilized. Award will be made on or before 01 October 2002.
