The following amendment 0001 is hereby issued to add the following additional decking spaces to the scope of work: see I. 4.0, II. 7.0 and V. 13.0, 14.0, 15.0, 16.0, 17.0 End This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under RFQ V212472253C900 for the USS ROOSEVELT (CVN-71). A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. Acquisition Department at FISC Norfolk intends to purchase the following items: All installation and materials to conform with shipboard approved decking materials.
