- The purpose of this modification synopsis is to further clarify the requirements specified in the previous combined synopsis/solicitation dated 17 Sep 02. The following information is provided as specified for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). CLIN 0001: Dwg/Part Number: 905211-3, Item Name: Contact, No. 22 Sold. Part number WP22N20S200 Packard-Hughes Interconnect and Part Number 922418-6C Hughes Aircraft Co. are parts known to meet the requirements specified for this item. CLIN 0002: Dwg/Part Number: MB3-180P, Item Name: Connector, Electrical. Part Number 240257-3 Ford Aerospace and Communications and Part Number MB3-180P(702) are parts known to meet the requirements specified for this item. CLIN 0003: Dwg/Part Number: 905209-8, Item Name: Connector Body Rece. Part Number 905209-8 Ford Aerospace Communications and Part Number 1145993-1S Packard-H ughes Interconnect are parts known to meet the requirements specified for this item. CLIN 0004: Dwg/Part Number: 905219-2, Item Name: Connector Body, Rece. Part Number 905219-2 Ford Aerospace Communications and Part Number WB2A18-244SN000 Packard-Hughes Interconnect are parts known to meet the requirements specified for this item. There are no drawings or detailed specifications available other than what has been stated in the initial synopsis and this modification synopsis. This requirement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Far Part 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. Firms interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the pricing for all CLINs providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the required clauses, ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.2000.com/).
