- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a period of up to three years under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-03-G-4005 with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Sperry Marine (NGC/SM) of 1070 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22901. Orders are to be issued for component repair, alteration and overhaul of the AN/BPS-15/16(V) Radar Systems. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). NGC/SM is currently the only known manufacturer with the design and production knowledge to provide the required services. No other source has the requisite technical qualifications or the necessary resources to perform the effort described herein.
