- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to reroof Folsom Pumping Plant and Power Plant as specified in the Statement of Work at the Bureau of Reclamation, 7794 Folsom Dam Rd., Folsom, CA. Remove and dispose of the existing built-up roofing materials on the rood decks of Folsom Pumping Plant and Power Plant, down to the concrete deck. The Pumping Plant roof shall have curbs installed at the expansion joints, four scupper roof drains relocated, and two new scupper drains installed. Install new built up bitumen roofing systems with gravel surfacing and new flashing. New Roofing shall consist of a base fiber board layer and five ply built-up roof w/new cant strips, flashing and aggregate surface. Due to the urgency of getting this work done before inclement weather sets in, the bid date is September 26, 2002. Only written requests for the 02SQ240108 package will be accepted.
