Description

NA The U.S. Medical Command (MEDCOM), Contracting Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to New Horizons Computer Learning Center, Inc San Antonio Texas 78230, Telephone # 210-308-8200 ext 103. This s olicitation is for PASBA Technical Training Requirements. PASBA requires high level technical training for current information technology staff supporting a large data warehouse, connecting to an interactive secure web site. Training will be on an as nee ded basis and will be scheduled through the use of prepaid coupons. Training must be located in the San Antonio geographic area. Class schedules must be frequent enough to allow flexibility in scheduling multiple employees to attend throughout the calend ar year. New Horizons Computer Learning Center, Inc is the only source that can provide this service. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46 and FAR Part 12 for commercial i tems. This is sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Standard Industry Classification/National American Industry Classification System (SIC/NAICS) is 7379/611420. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for compet itive quotes. A determination has been made by the government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
