Description

NA SOURCES SOUGHT/NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT WITH ONE SOURCE. JRP Historical Consulting Services of Davis California is the only known contractor with experience to meet the urgent schedule for the preparation of the ICRMP. JRP has in-depth first-hand back ground knowledge of the historic resources at MCRD and their extensive experience working with historic preservation issues at military installations and their experience working with MCRD installation personnel make them uniquely qualified to accomplish t his task within the time constraints set forth by the installation. All interested parties may respond or submit statements of qualifications. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. The Government will consider responses received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government. All responses are due in not later than 23 SEP 02/1500 (3:00 pm). This Pro curement will be conducted under FSC Code: F999, SIC Code: 7389, NAICS Code: 541990. The size standard for this code is $6,000,000.00.
