- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are bein g requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation DAHA33-02-T-0053 is issued as an RFQ. Estimated value of this acquisition is estimated at less than $25,000. This solicitation incorporates provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. NAICS code is 337214 and business size is 500 employees. This action will result in a FFP purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition commercial acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition. This requirement is for furnish and install one (1) upgrade package for government owned Richards-Wilcox Vertical Storage Carousel (VSR). Upgrade package to include: control panel with all electronics and metal enclosure; drive assembly with reducer and all associated har dware; carrier optic sensor with all accessories and reflective stickers; and sprocket for use with drive assembly. Price to include all new materials delivered to 179 AW, Ohio Air National Guard facility located at 1947 Harrington Memorial Road, Mansfiel d, Ohio 44903-0179. The following provisions are included in this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial (Oct 2000). The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowe st priced. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (5/2002) applies to this acquisition. A completed signed copy of the provision shall be submitted with any quotation. The following clauses apply to this acquisiton: FAR 52.212-4, Contrac t Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Feb 2002); FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commerical Items (May 2001).
