- NA This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information below. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requeste d and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The reference number is DAHA41-02-T-0119. The NAICS code is 333319. The size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following item s or EQUAL: CLIN 0001: Gas Buggy, self contained fuel trailer unit, 1000 gallon vessel tank size, Twin axle suspension system (6000 number rating for each axle), heavy 3/16 inch cold rolled steel bottom-end-side-top tank, meet Federal Standard 595 per MIL- 85285 color 24052 semi-gloss green paint with reflective tape conforming to L-8-33Oc type II, Class I reflectivity 2, durability 1,part number: PH1000EL, CLIN 0002: Heavy duty pump for the Gas Buggy, part number: FR4200, and CLIN 0003: Sealed lighting system for the Gas Buggy. Delivery shall be 60 days from award date and FOB destination. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. Award will be made to responsi ble offeror based on lowes t price that meets the above technical data. Offerors shall include with their quotes a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerc ial Items, 52.212-5, Contra ct Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration, 52.233-3, Protest After Award, 52.247-34, FOB Destinati on, and DFARS 252.204-7004 , Required Central Contractor Registration, 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, 252.246-7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report, are app licable to the acquisition.
