- Elmendorf AFB, Alaska has a requirement for providing a Kodak ACR-2000i Industrial Phosphor Digitizer to scan, read, erase phosphor plates that have been subjected to industrial X-rays. Scanner is used to produce digital radiographs of aircraft surfaces for dtection of foreign objects and water concentrated in flight control surfaces and function with exisiting Starview software.
