- Description
- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. (iv)This is not a small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 333515. (v) Contract line item CLIN 0001- Starrett, Aurora 2828-24 Direct Computer Controlled CMM or equal (vi) Direct Computer Controlled CMM equipped with the following: Renishaw PH9 motorized probe head, TP 200 Probe system; Stylus Kit 201; Apogee Level IV software; Dell GX1 Pentium III 550 MHz, 256 Mb Ram, 16 Mb Video Computer System; 17? Monitor; Printer; Computer Table; 1 year warranty; Installation included; freight to Anchorage Alaska included; Training for 2 people. (vii) Items are to be delivered to ship to address on contract by the required delivery date. (viii) FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, is not applicable. (x) Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the quote. (xi) FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders-- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
