- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation F7SFS 122200100 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 7539, NAICS Code 541420, small business size standard of 500 employees. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Line item 0001, INSTALLATION OF LIGHT BARS. Qty 13jb Install light bars (Wheelen, Light Bars and Mounting hardware furnished by Govt) to selected Security Forces Squadron patrol vehicles. Install on the Following type of vehicles: 1ea Van 3ea Impala Sedan 4ea Bronco 5ea Lumina Sedan NOTE: If items on GSA contract, please list contract #:______________________ (VI) Serviced items shall be of a professional quality installation of automotive accessories. (VII) Place of delivery: Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Unit 14013, APO, AP 9654304013, NLT 30 October 2002. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price, and past performance. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. Clause 52-232-18 Applies to this Acquisition. Award of this contract will not be made without available funds. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) Installation of automotive accessories shall meet all established commercial warranty requirements for highway equipment. (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A. (XVI) A site visit will not be held. Proposals will be due to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Unit 14040, APO, AP 96543-4040, 25 September 2002, 3 p.m. local Guam time.
