Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation F1CERU22490900 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3651, NAICS Code 334310, small business size standard of 750 employees. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Line item 0001, Color Camera; Model MV7-1 Qty 2 ea 16x optical-128x digital power zoom lens and a 1 lux sensitivity stand alone 3.5? active matrix color monitor, digitally encoded wireless microphone, lockable temperature controlled 14 guage steel, includes tape overwrite protection feature, all mounts, wires, antenna and hardware included, features a JVC VCR w/dual channel audio and 4 video heads Line item 0002, Wireless microphone; Model Voice Link Plus Qty 2 Ea Digital spread spectrum 900 MHz Line item 0003, High Performance Solid State Cooling Qty 2 Ea. Model: MV-SSC, lowers the internal vault operating temperature by up to 25 degrees. Line item 0004, Overhead Console Control, Model OHCC Qty 2 Ea. Replaces stand alone monitor and control Panel with a single integrated unit that fits Overhead between the sunvisors of most Vehicles. Line item 0005, Shipping Qty 1 Jb . NOTE: If items on GSA contract, please list contract #:______________________ (VI) Supplied items shall be of a professional photography industrial grade. (VII) Place of delivery: NLT 30 Oct 2002, FOB: Destination, Andersen Air Force Base Guam, 36 CES/CEF, Unit 14007, AP 96543-4007, Bldg 18000. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price, and past performance. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) Camera shall meet all established commercial warranty requirements for professional photographic equipment. Clause 52.232-18, Availability of funds applies to this solicitation. Contract will not be awarded without available funds. (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A. (XVI) A site visit will not be held.
